What’s Included in Customization
- Addition of up to 10 games
- Full testing of each added game
- Any necessary configuration tweaks to ensure smooth, reliable performance
Important Guidelines by Console Model
1TB Console (N100-based models)
- Games for systems newer than PS2 (e.g., PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, Switch) cannot be added. These titles will not run smoothly due to hardware limitations.
2TB Console (Ryzen 7-based models)
- Xbox 360 games cannot be added. The emulator is currently experimental, and most titles run poorly or fail to launch.
- Most Xbox 360 games have excellent PS3 alternatives — feel free to request those instead!
- To make room for added PS3 games and maintain optimal performance, please select an equal number of existing PS3 games to remove when requesting additions.
Turnaround Time
- Typical processing time: approximately 72 hours (3 business days)
- We’ll confirm receipt of your request and keep you updated on progress.
