Umbrella Arcades builds plug-and-play Batocera retro consoles. If you sell nostalgia — retro games, cards, collectibles, hobby gear — these fit your counter better than they fit ordinary retail. There are two ways to work with us, and both pay the same 10%.

Stock them — 10% off retail

Buy at 10% off, set your own shelf price, keep the margin.

The 2TB Mini is also offered with Windows installed alongside Batocera at $1,098 retail. Your 10% applies to that configuration too — $988.20.

No minimum order. No territory restriction, no exclusivity, and no account to open.

Don't stock — earn 10% on every referral

Send the customer to us with a link or a QR code by the register. We handle payment, fulfillment, and support. You earn 10% of retail — $51.80 on the 1TB console, $95.80 on the 2TB Mini — with no inventory and no risk.

The rate is the same either way on purpose. Stocking pays better because you set your own price, not because we pay you more to hold inventory.

Your floor demo

A demo customers can actually play is the whole reason to stock one. Your floor unit is bought at the same 10% dealer price — there is no separate demo price to remember and no approval step. Put it on the counter, let people play it, and sell the ones behind it.

Get your dealer code

Your code is issued on this page, right now, and it works at checkout on our website. It is single-use, issued to your store, and it applies to the two consoles above and to nothing else. Nothing to sign, no minimum, and no waiting on an email from us.

What you're selling

The step up is horsepower: it adds Wii U, PS3, and Switch at full speed on top of everything the 1TB plays.

Both are plug-and-play into any TV or monitor your customer already has. Both include RetroAchievements, box art and video scraping, save states, and international language support. There is nothing to install, no ROM hunting, and no subscription.

Warranty and returns

Every console carries a 6-month warranty for your customer, running from their purchase date, and that applies to units you sell off your shelf as well as to referrals. Consoles are returnable within 30 days of delivery, per our standard store policy.

Pricing and advertising

Minimum advertised price is full retail — $518 and $958. This governs advertised and publicly listed price only: your website, marketplace listings, print, and paid ads. You can sell for whatever you like in your store. The policy exists so that no dealer is undercut in public by another dealer or by us.

Dealer pricing on this page applies to the console line. The wall-mounted arcade line has its own partner program — ask us.
