Game Store Dealer Program Details

The full terms of the game store dealer program, and what is on each unit you would be selling. The short version, and the form that issues your codes, is on the main dealer page.

Pricing, in full

No minimum order, no territory restriction, no exclusivity, and no account to open.

Your dealer codes

You get two codes because the rates differ. The console code is 10% and covers both consoles. The card code is 15% and covers the Steam Deck card. Each is issued to your store, applies to nothing else on our site, and is good for a single order. Need another one, or ordering more than one unit at a time? Email or call and we will send it the same day.

Stocking, if you want to

Nothing here requires it, and most stores start with one demo and a QR card. If you would rather hold a few units, you can, at the same dealer pricing: you buy at your price, set your own shelf price, and keep the margin. It pays better because you set the price, not because we pay more for holding inventory.

Returns

Consoles are returnable within 30 days of delivery.

Our retail listing marks the Steam Deck card non-returnable, because a pre-loaded memory card is not something we can take back from a consumer. Cards you buy on your dealer code are returnable within 30 days, unopened. A dealer is not a consumer, and we are not asking you to eat unsold stock to try this.

Warranty and support

Every console carries a 6 month warranty for your customer from their purchase date, whether you sold it off your shelf or they scanned your QR card. The Steam Deck card carries a 6 month replacement warranty on the same terms.

Advertised pricing

Minimum advertised price is full retail: $518, $958, and $248. It governs advertised price only, meaning your website, marketplace listings, print, and paid ads. In your store, sell for whatever you like. The policy exists so no dealer is undercut in public by another dealer, or by us.

A pre-loaded and tested SanDisk Ultra 1TB microSD card that turns a Steam Deck, OLED or non-OLED, into a full Batocera retro system with zero impact on their existing SteamOS install. Online multiplayer, built in

Every console and every Steam Deck card ships with Outbreak Arcade pre-installed, the most robust built in online multiplayer of any arcade cabinet. Your customer picks a game, hosts or joins a lobby, and plays someone across the country. It covers the arcade classics and N64, along with NES, SNES, and Genesis. Nothing to configure, no accounts to set up, no subscription.

Head to head play was the whole point of an arcade. This puts it back, from their living room, and it is the thing a customer at your counter has not seen anywhere else.

The QR card

The card sits next to your demo, printed with your store's own referral code. Any customer who scans it and buys is credited to you, at your rate, and we handle payment, shipping, warranty, and support. Ask for it and we print it and mail it to you at no cost.
