Game Room Partner Program Details
The full terms of the game room retail partner program, and what is in each cabinet you would be putting on your floor. The short version, and the two ways to earn, are on the main partner page.
Pricing, in full
| Model | Retail | Your cost | You earn at retail |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wall Mounted Arcade, Gaming PC | $5,180 | $4,144 | $1,036 |
| Wall Mounted Arcade, Classic Arcade | $4,480 | $3,584 | $896 |
Partner cost is 20% off retail and applies for as long as you keep a unit on your floor. Set your own price from there and keep the full margin. Partner pricing covers the wall mounted arcade line, and other products are sold at retail.
The referral path
If you would rather not buy a demo, refer the customer to us and earn $600 flat on every completed sale, with nothing out of pocket. We handle the sale, fulfillment, freight, and support. Buying a floor unit moves you to partner pricing, which pays more on every sale after it, and you can move over whenever you like.
Freight
Included on all partner orders shipping within the continental United States. No freight charge, no fuel surcharge, and no liftgate fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are quoted per order. If you are shipping to one of those, call before you order and we will confirm the number for the address.
Lead time
Two weeks from order to ship, plus 4 to 7 days standard freight. Plan on about three weeks from your order to a unit on your floor or at your customer's door. If you are working to a delivery date, tell us the date and we will tell you the order by.
Payment terms
Payment is due in full before we build, and your build slot is locked the moment it clears. Send your purchase order and we will invoice you, and you can pay by card on our website or by wire, whichever suits your accounting.
Minimums and territory
No minimum order quantity, no annual commitment, and no fee to join. No territory restriction and no exclusivity in either direction. You are not required to buy a set number of units, and we are not blocked from selling direct or through other partners in your area.
Advertised price
Minimum advertised price is full retail, meaning $5,180 for the Gaming PC and $4,480 for the Classic. It governs advertised and publicly listed price only: your website, marketplace listings, print, and paid ads. You are free to negotiate any price you like in your showroom or at checkout. The policy exists so no partner is undercut in public by another partner, or by us.
Warranty and support
Customer support is lifetime and it comes from us. Not 30 days, not the length of the warranty, but for as long as they own the machine. You are not staffing service on this line.
Warranty runs from the delivery date: 3 years in a residential setting, 1 year in commercial use. Commercial means any location where the public plays it, such as a bar, an arcade, an office, a rental property, or a retail showroom floor.
Your own floor unit is the exception, and it carries the full 3 years. It sits in a commercial setting and by the definition above it would get 1 year. We do not do that to a partner. The demo you buy from us is covered for 3 years from delivery, for as long as you are a partner in good standing.
Built in remote maintenance
Every unit we build ships with remote maintenance included. Once it is in your customer's home it checks in to us on its own, and if it faults or drops offline we can diagnose it, and in most cases repair it, without anyone opening the cabinet. Nothing gets boxed up and shipped back, and your team never takes the call.
That is the part that matters to the person buying it. A wall mounted arcade is a real piece of equipment, and the question a customer asks before spending this much is what happens when something goes wrong. The answer is that we handle it remotely, and that support is lifetime and comes from us rather than from you.
Your own floor unit is covered the same way. As long as it is on your network we can see whether it is healthy, so we can tell you the machine a customer is about to play is in good shape before they walk up to it. If it drops offline or reports a fault, we contact you, usually before your staff notices.
We are not promising a repair window, and we cannot reach a unit that is not on a network. This is included with every unit and there is nothing to buy.
Returns
Floor units are non-returnable. A unit you buy for your showroom is yours, and we do not take back unsold inventory. That is why we would rather you start with one. If something arrives damaged in freight, that is on us. Photograph it and we will replace it.
What you are putting on the floor
Wall Mounted Arcade, Gaming PC
The home and enthusiast cabinet. 20,000+ games spanning every era, with enhanced graphics options. This is the one to hang if your customers are buying for a finished game room, basement, lounge, or media space.
Wall Mounted Arcade, Classic Arcade
The commercial cabinet, built for public spaces. 550+ arcade classics and walk up and play simplicity, so a customer who has never seen the machine can start a game on your floor without being shown how. It suits a bar, a taproom, a lobby, an office, or a showroom.
Both are wall mounted on a steel frame with a modern, furniture grade finish, a 32 inch display, up to 4 player controls, integrated speakers, and the wall bracket. The wall mounted format preserves the floor space around your tables and seating, and the finish positions it as a room feature rather than a novelty. Both are fully plug and play out of the box.
Online multiplayer, built in
Every unit ships with Outbreak Arcade, the most robust built in online multiplayer of any arcade cabinet. Your customer picks a game, hosts or joins a lobby, and plays someone across the country from their own game room. Nothing to configure, no accounts to set up, no subscription.
