FAQ
General
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Please use our contact page to reach out and request rates for your particular country.
Do you offer local pickup and delivery?
Yes. On the checkout screen for your order, your zip code will be used to determine eligibility for local pickup and delivery, and you will be given the option to choose either one. We offer local services in a 90 mile radius around King of Prussia, PA.
Do you provide installation services for your arcade cabinets?
We do not. However, installation is similar to wall-mounting a TV, and it does not require special tooling other than a stud-finder. You can also use services like Thumbtack or TaskRabbit to find local installers for around $70-120, depending on your area.
How do you ship and package your arcade cabinets?
Arcade cabinets are carefully wrapped and crated to ensure that they arrive safely. Our shipments are sent door-to-door using UPS Ground.
Shipping providers and delivery times vary based on many different factors, but typically take between 5-10 days. Tracking information will be provided with your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see the returns link at the bottom of the page for additional details.
Do you offer vinyl wraps?
We do not. The powder coating we use is a fine-texture finish, and it does not provide an adequate surface for vinyl stickers. We do however provide custom powder coat options for an additional charge.
Can you design a custom steel cabinet or pedestal?
We do not accept outside designs, but if you would like to inquire about other products we are currently developing, please reach out using our contact form.

Can I add games/systems other than what's already on the build?
Absolutely. Launchbox/Bigbox is one of the most user-friendly arcade interfaces available today. It does not require any technical knowledge to add games. Guides are provided in the links at the bottom of this site.
What's the main difference between your two full cabinet builds?
The gaming PC included with this build allows you to play games for newer systems such as Gamecube, Wii U, PS2, PS3 and Switch, but it also allows you to play them at higher resolutions than the original systems.
When you load up a game for any of the above systems, the image is sharper than the image on the original console. Blocky figures have smoothed edges.
This process is called "up-scaling". For an example, check out the video in this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQ9SXOg-e1I&ab_channel=RobCram
What do I actually get with the Bigbox/Launchbox licence?
The interface in the pictures is Bigbox, the paid version of the Launchbox software. The license is required for the full arcade experience, so friends and guests can easily navigate between systems and games in a user-friendly way.
It also provides you with access to unlimited downloading of all of the art associated with any games you add in the future.
