Refund policy

Returns / Warranty Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund but you may still be eligible for an exchange or replacement.

Wall Mounted Arcade Cabinets, Micro SD cards, and 2TB M.2 hard drives are final sale items and are not eligible for returns.

Returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with return shipping covered by the customer.

Warranty exchanges can be initiated within 6 months, with return shipping covered by Umbrella Arcades. Once the product has been received, the replacement will be shipped within 24 hours.

 

Physical Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

For Wall Mounted Arcades, please inspect the shipment, and reject delivery if there is any physical damage to the unit. Return shipments for physical damage that are accepted on delivery will not be at the expense of Umbrella Arcades.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).

Refunds will not be issued for Wall Mounted Arcades.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted for any item other than Wall Mounted Arcades. Please reach out via store chat or contact us at paul@umbrellaarcades.com, and we will cancel the order and issue a refund immediately. A $20 cancellation fee will be taken from the refunded amount.
