International shipping overview

Umbrella Arcades ships selected consoles, mini gaming PCs, Umbrella Mini units, and wall-mounted arcade machines from the United States to supported international markets. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on the delivery country and product.

Duties, VAT, GST, and import charges

International duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or import taxes are not included unless Shopify specifically shows those charges during checkout. These charges may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Product fit by destination

Compact products such as the Ultimate Batocera Retro Gaming Console and Ultimate Batocera 2TB Mini Gaming PC are usually the simplest international purchases. Wall-mounted arcade machines can also ship internationally, but freight cost and delivery planning are more important.

Power, displays, and support

Most systems connect by HDMI to modern displays. International buyers should use the correct local power cable or plug adapter for their country. Support is handled remotely by email and video guidance for setup, controller, software, and game-list questions.
