Rental Amenity
An amenity guests remember
Wall mounted retro arcades and plug and play consoles for premium short term rentals. Guests walk up and play. No app, no account, and nothing for you to explain.
Amenity lists across a market tend to look alike. This is one that does not appear on them, and it is the kind of detail a guest mentions by name in a review.
In short
- Plug and play, with no app, no account, and no setup for the guest
- Built in remote maintenance, so most faults are fixed without a site visit
- 60+ supported systems, loaded and ready on arrival
- Lifetime customer support, direct from us and not from you
- Wall mounted on a steel frame, or a console that sits under any TV
Pick the room
The wall mounted arcade is the signature piece. It works in game rooms, bunk rooms, finished basements, and shared lounges, and because it hangs on the wall it costs you no usable floor area in a room you are already renting by the square foot.
Where a cabinet is not practical, the console does the same job in a media room or living room. It sits under the TV the property already has.
Pick the unit

Wall Mounted Arcade, Classic Arcade
The commercial cabinet, built for rooms where strangers use it unsupervised. A guest who has never seen one walks up and starts a game without being told how.
$4,480
Ultimate Batocera 2TB Mini
The console for media and living rooms. Deeper library and stronger hardware, in a small unit that sits on the TV console.
$958
Ultimate Batocera Console
The entry point, and the easy one to put in several properties at once. Same plug and play setup, same remote support.
$518The cabinet is wall mounted on a steel frame with a furniture grade finish, a 32 inch display, up to 4 player controls, and the bracket included. Both consoles ship with controllers and cables and need only an HDMI port.
It arrives ready for the next check in
Everything comes loaded and configured. There is nothing to download, no account for a guest to sign into, and no instructions to put in the welcome binder beyond turning it on. That matters more in a rental than anywhere else, because the person using it has never seen it before and has nobody to ask.
We fix it without anyone driving out
Every unit checks in to us on its own. As long as it is connected to the property WiFi we can usually diagnose and repair it remotely without anyone going out there, so a problem between guests does not become a service call, a cleaner improvising, or a unit that sits dark until the end of the season. Customer support is lifetime and it comes from us.
Guests ask where it came from
This is not why you buy one, and it is not how it earns its place in the house. It just happens often enough to be worth mentioning. Someone plays it for a week, gets to the end of the trip, and wants one at home.
If you want, we will send you a QR card for the unit. A guest who scans it and buys within 30 days earns you $70 on a console, $90 on the 2TB, or $400 on an arcade. There is nothing to stock, nothing to ship, and no part of the sale you handle. Your guest pays nothing extra and gets nothing off, so it is not a coupon and there is nothing for them to feel sold to about.
Most owners put the card on once and never think about it again. How the referral works
If you manage properties for owners, the sheet below has the room fit and positioning notes in a form you can forward. For anything not covered on this page, call or email me directly.
Not sure which one fits the property?
Tell me the room and how the space gets used and I will tell you which unit I would put in it, including when the answer is the cheaper one. Paul Renzi, founder. paul@umbrellaarcades.com or 484.631.5241.
