Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but you may still be eligible for an exchange or replacement.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be properly packed and shipped via an authorized shipper. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges including packing. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, let us know how we can help.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For full arcade cabinets, you will be required to package the item in its original crate with ample foam or bubble wrap to prevent damage during return shipping.
