Trade Program Details

The full terms of the trade program, and what is in each cabinet you would be specifying. The short version, and the form that issues your code, is on the main trade page.

Pricing, in full

The code takes $500 off each cabinet in an order, so three cabinets is $1,500 off. Bill your client at retail and keep the difference, or pass it through. We handle payment, fulfillment, and support directly, so there is no inventory to carry and nothing to stock.

Your trade code

One code, issued to your account, and it does not expire. It is tied to the email address you applied with, so sign in with that address before checkout. It will not apply at a guest checkout. Every order after the first needs no paperwork and nothing sent to us.

Freight

Included on all trade orders shipping within the continental United States. No freight charge, no fuel surcharge, no liftgate fee, and nothing added at checkout. Shipping comes up as $0. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada rate at checkout. If you are shipping to one of those, call us before you order and we will confirm the number for your address.

Lead time

Two weeks from order to ship, plus 4 to 7 days standard freight. Plan on about three weeks from your order to a unit at your client's door. If you are working to an install date, tell us the date and we will tell you the order by.

Payment terms

Payment is due in full before we build, and your build slot is locked the moment it clears. The normal way to pay is by card at checkout with your trade code applied. That is also the fastest way to lock a slot, because nothing waits on us to send an invoice.

If your accounting requires a purchase order and a wire, email the PO to paul@umbrellaarcades.com and we will invoice you at your trade price and send wire details. It adds a day or so on either end, so use it when a card genuinely is not an option.

Ship it where you need it

We ship direct to your client, to your warehouse, or to the job site. One address per order, and we will hold a build for an install date if you ask.

Warranty and support

Customer support is lifetime and it comes from us. Not 30 days, not the length of the warranty, but for as long as they own the machine. You are not staffing service on this line, and neither is your client's house manager.

Warranty runs from the delivery date: 3 years in a residential setting, 1 year in commercial use. Commercial means any location where the public plays it, such as a bar, an arcade, an office, a rental property, or a retail showroom floor.

Automated checks, and most fixes are remote

Cabinets check in to us on their own. As long as a unit is on a network we can reach, we can generally tell whether it is online and healthy without anyone at the property doing anything.

When something does go wrong, most of it we can fix from here over that same connection, whether that is updates, settings, or a game that will not load, rather than sending anyone out. If it does need hands on it, we can usually say what is wrong before anyone opens the cabinet.

It is included, and there is nothing to buy. It is not a monitoring contract, we do not promise a repair window, and we cannot see a unit that is not on a network we can reach.

Returns

Cabinets are built to order and are non-returnable. If something arrives damaged in freight, that is on us. Photograph it and we will replace it.

Minimums and territory

No minimum order quantity, no annual commitment, and no fee to join. No territory restriction and no exclusivity in either direction. The application is a one time thing. It is how we set up your account and issue your code, and you never fill anything out again.

Advertised price

If you list the cabinet publicly, meaning your website, a marketplace, print, or paid ads, please list it at retail. What you charge a client on a proposal or an invoice is entirely your business. The policy exists so no partner is undercut in public.

Both are wall mounted on a steel frame with a modern, furniture grade finish, a 32 inch display, up to 4 player controls, integrated speakers, and the wall bracket. Both fit finished game rooms, basements, lounges, and media rooms without taking floor space, and both are fully plug and play out of the box.

Online multiplayer, built in

Every unit ships with Outbreak Arcade, the most robust built in online multiplayer of any arcade cabinet. Your client picks a game, hosts or joins a lobby, and plays someone across the country from their own game room. Nothing to configure, no accounts to set up, no subscription.
