Overall, it is an impressive mini PC with a large stock pile of games. Not all games are created equal, with a small few experiencing runtime/lag issues and only a couple that haven't worked. Controllers are Playstation styled and responsive, exceeding expectations.
Had a great buying experience with Paul, the shop owern, he really took care of the sale providing very useful information in advance to the delivery of the computer. Technical proposal is also very well thought. Highly recommended.

I've had the Mini for almost 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier. Fast shipping, clear guides to get you started and literally plug and play. It just worked, as I hoped. I've been bouncing around from old arcade games up through Switch and PS3 without issue. Great selection of games. I've just ordered a Sinden light gun and Tankstick for this and will likely end up putting it in a cabinet. Great purchase for anyone who wants something that works out of the box, especially if you don't have the time to gather and set this all up on your own.
The best retro game sustem out there. Ive tried sticks and other consoles and they did not live up. This by far exceeded expectations and im finally done searching and wasting money on other decices that fail to deliver.
Has everything you could ever want with gaming pc. Easy way to run steam/windows to play games with friends. Plus tons of retro and even current gen games on top of this makes it a must have for any gamer looking for something that is tons of fun and easy to use
I have owned several similar products and this is the best package by far. The guides on the website are super helpful as well for adding you own games and controllers.
I messed with building my own, but getting all the games and artwork is a major job -- even setting up Batocera can be a pain. Many other collections out there are usually incomplete. The ones on Amazon are bad and way too underpowered. If you're looking for something premium, already complete, and configured, this is your best bet.
I've tried other consoles and this is the best by far. It was an awesome addition to my family room. Highly recommend!
This is a great system! Runs smooth. Clean menus. My son and I have been enjoying it. Brings back a lot of memories spending quarters in the arcade but now the quarters are absent which is awesome. Been using the included controllers as well as my 8Bitdo SN30 pro's. Both work great with this system.

There is a joy of being able to share the games I grew up with the kids and the emulator runs smoothly, yes probably could do this my self but it's a headache and lot of work to figure things to run right this was easy plug and play and the kids love it! I also get to experience some new games I could not get as a child def recommend
I am not a gamer, but I bought a 2tb unit for my game room and I love it. It already has most games I would ever want to play (with 2 exceptions) the controllers work great, the light guns games, with the Sinden guns are a blast. And Paul has been very responsive to my questions. I put the unit on every chance I get and go have some fun. I am sure it will take a long time to try out all the games and learn everything about the system... but I will have fun doing it.
This is the third and best emulator I have bought in the last couple of years. First I got a Retropie, but it would crash on PS1 games. Then I got a Kinhank, but it would crash on PS2 games. The Batocera can play up to PS3 games reliably without crashing. You can also add additional games. I have found what I was looking for in the Batocera. Also, I agree with other reviewers that Paul is very helpful.
After initial setup this emulator works great. It has the best performance of anything I’ve tried to date. Well worth the price if looking to play any retro games and many new titles as well.

Insane collection, all organized with awesome artwork. Plug and play right out of the box. Paul was very responsive to questions before I made the purchase. Zero regrets, this thing is awesome and worth every penny!!!
This is an amazing product, and everything works as it should!! I bought wired Nintendo Switch controllers, which enhanced the experience even more since the wireless controllers would occasionally disconnect when I was sitting far from the PC.
Exactly what's advertised. Love it!!! Get to spend my time playing the games instead of trying to build a machine and library myself. The number of games in here is mind-boggling. Very well thought out and the micro-pc is compact and has a lot of power too. Boots in seconds...
I have tried other retro gaming units, and they all have had some issues. No issues here! The Ultimate Batocera 2TB Mini Gaming PC is amazing, and by far the best I have ever played! I love this thing! It is so worth it!

Yes, the item is pricy. Many will tell you "you can build these yourself!" Yes, you certainly can. But having done emulation myself over many years, let me tell you, there is no shame in paying someone to do it who can do it well. Thumbs up! I'll be investigating their Steam pre-loaded SD card soon as well.

I tried my hand at making my own retro system on a raspberry pi, after hours of work it was pretty glitchy and a huge disappointment. Thank goodness I stubbed on Umbrella Arcades services. Everything works perfectly and the game inventory far exceeds what I had put together. Can’t wait until My kids come of age to get some quality time and play the classics I fell in love with. Thank you so much, couldn’t be happier.
I was looking for a plug and play off the shelf product that would emulate from Atari to PS3. Man does this thing deliver. This retro machine is exactly what I wanted and runs very smoothly regardless of the game. Great as a gift. I will be buying at least one more soon.
